"Bitters are imperative; everyone needs some bitters in their diet...[o]ne cannot separate the taste of bitterness from its medicine."  - Blessed Bitters, Jim McDonald

A more potent option over our Chamomile & Cardamom Digestive Bitters, the newest in our lineup is also a more familiar taste. The flavor profile includes Orange peel, Cloves, Ginger, and Fennel Seed with the added medicinal bitters of Dandelion Leaf & Root, Yellow Dock Root, Gentian Root, and Burdock Root. These bitter herbs aid the Enteric Nervous System and help relieve and heal many issues stemming from digestive distress including "PMS, other female and male sexual organ dysfunctions, hormonal imbalances, migraine headache, indigestion, liver and gall bladder dysfunction, abnormal metabolism, hypoglycemia, diabetes[.]"

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PREGNANCY.

Your bitters will come in a 2 ounce amber bottle with a glass dropper. For stimulation of healthy digestion, enjoy approximately ¼ teaspoon (1.2 ml) of bitters before or after meals, up to 6 times a day. They may also be used to curb a sugar craving. As with any new supplement, be sure to start small in your doseage. Everyone’s needs are different, and many find that a very small dose can be sufficient. If bitters are rare in your overall diet, you will find that very little is needed to get your system going.
